Al-Reda Mining Company was honored under the supervision of Shalateen Mineral Resources Company , Ministry of Environment & Egyptian Mineral Resources Authority And in the presence of the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the company's headquarters in the city of Shalateen, to conduct a set of practical experiments to be an alternative for the mercury extraction in an environmentally friendly process in the city of Shalateen.
Al-Reda Company carried out the experiments in partnership with experts from the two South African (APT) companies and (Baker Ming) the American pioneers in the field of manufacturing gold metal production lines.
Based on our experience, Al-Reda Company adopted two physical extraction systems (APT & Baker) and integrated them into a highly efficient operating line to suit all types of Ore to reach the highest extraction level up to 80%, which makes the combined line of the two systems of great economic feasibility.
Realizing the great dangers of mercury, Al-Reda developed an environmentally friendly physical extraction system to offered alternative solutions for the field of domestic gold mining. In addition, contributing to preserving the environment by recovering the mercury leaked through the Gold Kacha machine
Finally, Al-Reda Company conducted an experiment to extract gold from wadi sediments by means of a scraper machine, which is a mixer with a refinery that breaks up the fossilized clay blocks to free gold and washing it and then passing to a centrifugal machine (gold kacha) to concentrate gold.
